About Floodle
Floodle is a free daily puzzle in the classic "flood-it" tradition: fill the whole board with a single colour in as few moves as you can, then come back tomorrow for a brand-new challenge.
The idea
We love the daily-puzzle ritual — one fresh, fair challenge a day that everyone plays together, with a streak to keep and a score to share. Floodle brings that ritual to the flood-it genre. There's no level grind and no pay-to-win: just a clean, snackable puzzle you can finish in a couple of minutes.
How it works under the hood
Every daily board is generated deterministically from the date, so all players see the same puzzle without us storing a single hand-authored level. A solver computes a fair par for each board and screens it into a consistent difficulty range, which is how we guarantee every puzzle is solvable within par — never trivial, never impossible.
Because the whole game runs in your browser, it's fast, works offline as a Progressive Web App, and keeps your stats private on your own device. No account, no tracking of your gameplay, no friction.
Accessibility & fairness
Floodle ships with colour-blind support (distinct symbols plus an optional colour-blind-safe palette) and full keyboard play. The daily is identical for everyone, every day, in every region.
